Since its establishment in 2024, the CLAFG Leadership Academy has been actively supporting women in developing authentic and impactful leadership. In partnership with the European Federation of Schools (FEDE), the Academy offers certified training programmes recognised in Switzerland, combining academic excellence with practical, action-oriented content designed for diverse career paths and focused on the challenges of the future.
The Academy also provides interactive workshops and networking events across Switzerland, enabling participants to expand their professional networks and put their leadership skills into practice in real-world settings.

The CLAFG Leadership Academy
Today, the Academy offers three distinct programmes: Transformational Leadership, Political Leadership, and Diplomatic Leadership, enabling participants to develop their leadership skills across a wide range of environments, including NGOs, public institutions, non-profit organisations, the private sector, and the diplomatic community.
These programmes are open to everyone, regardless of age or professional background, and are also designed for individuals who wish to unlock and develop leadership potential they may not yet have fully recognised.

The Leadership of Tomorrow… What If Tomorrow Started Today?

Each programme at the CLAFG Leadership Academy combines a reflective dimension with practical application. Participants explore the human dynamics of leadership, identify their strengths and areas for development, and build a clear strategic vision for the future.
How can your skills inspire and mobilise others? Which leadership talents remain untapped? This reflective journey enables you to discover your unique leadership style and develop the winning combination of qualities needed to maximise your potential and create lasting impact.
The practical component challenges participants to strengthen their confidence, enhance their personal presence and charisma, improve their effectiveness, and refine their leadership posture, enabling them to turn intention into meaningful action within their professional environment.
Courses are delivered in both French and English and take place in small groups, ensuring personalised guidance, intensive coaching, and an environment where every participant can experiment, adapt, and fully develop their leadership capabilities.
We believe in an active, learner-centred teaching approach in which every participant plays a central role in the learning process. Our programmes combine academic instruction, practical workshops, simulations, and real-life case studies to provide an immersive learning experience with immediate professional relevance.
Located in the heart of Geneva and within easy walking distance of Cornavin Railway Station, our facilities provide an inspiring environment for learning, personal growth, and empowerment. Participants also have access to a fully equipped recording studio, ideal for developing public speaking, media communication, and executive presence.
